Château d’Arcins Haut Médoc 2005 by Cru Bourgeois France

The Médoc is a region of France, well known as a wine growing region, located in the département of Gironde, on the left bank of the Gironde estuary, north of Bordeaux. Its name comes from (Pagus) Medullicus, or “country of the Medulli”, the local Celtic tribe. The region owes its economic success mainly to the production of red wine; it is home to around 1,500 vineyards.
The Château picture on the label is interesting which look like painting. The picture looks more stand out than the brand.

I have not tasted this wine yet. I keep it on my wine rack collection.

Château Reserve Speciale Bordeaux 2008 by Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) Bordeaux France.

The Château picture on the label is interesting. I like it. The combination of red color on the bottle cap is also eye catching. It has a good stopping power for customer to buy this wine.
I haven’t tasted this wine yet. However, this is an interesting wine to put on my wine rack collection.

Château Mongravey Margaux 2006 by Château Mongravey Margaux France.

Since 1980, Château Mongravey’s destiny lies in the hands of Régis Bernaleau who, thought and built the remarkable cellar, both aesthetically and technically.

The orange and gold color in the label has a strong stopping power for customer to buy this product. The picture of the Château is interesting. The brand is also standing out.
I have not tried this wine yet. However, I like to put it in my wine rack collection next to other Château wine edition.

Château Clairac 2005 by Premieres Côtes de Blaye France.

Blaye is an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) for wine in the Bordeaux region. It is located on the right bank of the River Gironde. Together with its neighbors Côtes-de-Blaye and Premières-Côtes-de-Blaye, which together consist of 5,000 hectares (12,000 acres), it encircles the Côtes de Bourg appellation. These appellations together make up the Bourg and Blaye subregion of Bordeaux. The area has different types of soils, such as chalky, sandy, and chalky-clay. The red wines are powerful and fruity, and go well with red meats or cheeses. The white wines are dry and aromatic.

The label is interesting. I like the picture of the Château in the middle. It makes me eager want to know what building it is. However, I don’t know what it is. 🙂

Château Tour des Combés 2003 by Saint-Émilion Grand Cru France.

In 1955 the wines of Saint-Émilion in the wine-growing region of Bordeaux were classified. Unlike the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855 covering wines from the Medoc and Graves regions, the Saint-Émilion list is updated every 10 years or so. Following the initial classification, the list was updated in 1969, 1986, 1996 and most recently in 2006. However the 2006 classification was declared invalid following a series of legal actions, and the 1996 version of the classification has been reinstated for the vintages from 2006 to 2009.

The picture on the label is not so clear as it is a background. It makes the distraction on the label.
I have not tasted this wine yet but I like to put it on my wine rack collection.
