Château Mongravey Margaux 2006 by Château Mongravey Margaux France.
Since 1980, Château Mongravey’s destiny lies in the hands of Régis Bernaleau who, thought and built the remarkable cellar, both aesthetically and technically.
The orange and gold color in the label has a strong stopping power for customer to buy this product. The picture of the Château is interesting. The brand is also standing out.
I have not tried this wine yet. However, I like to put it in my wine rack collection next to other Château wine edition.
They have a website. Check it out:
Sorry to disappoint you but, Château Mongravey is definitely not produced by Château Margaux. The only thing both wines have in common is that they are produced in the same region (Margaux).
Château Margaux is a Premier Grand Cru Classé, where as Château Mongravey is a Cru Bourgeois.
Château Mongravey sells at about 2 – 5 % of the price of Château Margaux.
Thank you, Philip. That is a good comment. Really appreciate it. Now it becomes clear that the Château Margaux and Château Mongravey are two different companies. Nice to meet friends who are also wine lovers.
