Glosis restaurant is quite huge. It located in Jalan Citarum 12, Bandung, Indonesia. They have their own parking lot for about 50 cars. That is the thing that make this restaurant comfortable for family. One quite disturbing thing is they stated soft opening menu in their menu although they already had grand opening a long time ago. They also use sticker and handwriting to update their price. Not well prepared but it is not a big deal.
Time to serve is quite late. Mashed potato took about 15 minutes to serve and 30 minutes for all food.
Their pizza is delicious but the beef stroganoff with rice is not recommended.
In overall, the taste is quite common and the price is quite acceptable. Anyway, they sell the cozy ambience quite well.
The one and only best crispy duck in Malang is in Javanine. No need to go to Bali to taste delicious crispy duck. Javanine is a great place to visit in Malang. Exquisite view, clean environment, excellent service, and great taste of food. Javanine has two best food for me. You have to try their crispy duck and kakap steak. In Malang, You will not find other restaurant to beat the combination of the taste and the cozy environment of Javanine. You will say, “finally, Malang has this kind of restaurant. The best restaurant.” You will compare the food in Javanine to other city. The crispy duck, you will compare to bali. Kakap steak and other desserts, you will compare to Jakarta. You can not compare their food to other restaurant in Malang because Javanine taste is far beyond normal expectation about food in Malang. Believe me, Javanine is the number one restaurant you must visit once you are in Malang.
Today lunch is Sirloin Steak with black pepper sauce.
Nasi capcay is one of my favorite food. Capcay is a stirfry of ten kind of vegetables. Can you mention all of those ten vegetables? In Bandung, usually restaurant will include fried rice with egg if you ordered nasi capcay. This time I ate in Kartika Sari Dago. Quite delicious.
Have you tried the meat soup served in coconuts? The taste and aroma of coconut mixed in the soup makes this soup tasted crisp. I eat this soup with rice. Indonesian people eat everything with rice. 🙂
