These are my archive pictures. Kraft Foods Indonesia was closing the year end with a great number. Board of Director was asking me to organize fabulous Year End Party celebration. I lead a small team to create Blink and Black party theme for all of the employees. They have to wear urban clothes and bling-bling to attend this year end party. There were dancing competition for each department. Also, there were lucky draw for all employees. In below picture, you can see me standing beside the video cameraman and next to me are Sovan Ganguly (Sales Director), Abdullah Masri (HR Director), and Alfred Tuwahatu (Marketing Director). I don’t believe with myself that I can organize such a great party for hundreds employees. Everybody happy and have a long sleep after that Year End Party. May be I should consider myself to create small business in Party Organizer. 🙂

This is my picture with Kraft Foods Indonesia Manugistic Implementation team. We have a workshop to discuss Manugistic System. The implementation of Manugistic was truly add value along the supply chain in terms of collaboration between manufacturing and business unit, planning collaboration, and reducing human error.
Kraft Foods Indonesia was changing its distribution model from single distributors to many distributors. Previously, goods move from factory to one single national distributors warehouse before they distribute all goods to their several branches all around Indonesia. Since we will have many distributors, our drop points will increase from one to hundreds. Therefore, one of my project was to create one big National Distribution Center (NDC) in Cikarang to received all goods from factories. This NDC implementation was proven successfully to maintain buffer stock and reduce bullwhip effect from supply chain planning. This is my photo with team who implemented Kraft’s NDC. Big guy in the middle is Jim Brown, Logistic Specialist from Kraft US.
Manugistic system is up and running at Kraft Foods Indonesia. Manugistic is a powerful Supply Chain Management system in which many big companies adopt. We celebrated our Go Live project with dinner at Din Tai Fung Restaurant at Plasa Senayan, Jakarta. Around 20 people involved in this project were coming. From left to right is Paul Wheeler (GM Kraft Indonesia), Gonzalo (Manugistic Project Leader), and me (Coder Project Leader).
As a Project CODER (Collaboration Demand and Replenishment) Leader, I presented Coder’s framework to Sanjay Khosla (President Kraft International) and Arjun Gupta (President Asia Pacific Kraft International) when they visited Indonesia at Shangrila Hotel, Jakarta. CODER is my initiative to accommodate logistic system when company move from single distributor to multi distributors. CODER can handle supply chain transformation from 1 drop points to hundreds drop points. With Coder, Customer Service Level and Forecast Accuracy were significantly increased.
