My family have rujak after Indonesia Independence Day ceremony. Happy 68th Anniversary my beloved country. Rujak is a local tradition to serve fruits with chili and nuts dip. The dip is quite spicy. If you don’t eat spicy, you can eat the fruit straight away 🙂
For you who like sour and healthy food, let us have Rujak. Rujak is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish commonly found in Indonesia. I have fruits Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, Cucumber, Hog Plum, and Jícama. It should be the dip made by brown sugar, tamarind, chili, and ground peanut grind together. But because I am so exciting to eat, I forgot to take picture. Rujak, everbody??
