Red Velvet Cake is in da house. Nice, tasty, delicious. Red velvet cake has a soft smooth texture, with a smear of cream cheese or whipped cream and white that made her look flirty and beautiful. The color has several versions, ranging from bright red, dark red, red to brown. Typically used food coloring or fruit extracts to produce color bit. These colorful dim sum are also have different flavor for its each color. There are 8 colors and 8 flavors. Red is chili flavor. Green is vegetable flavor. However, I could not determine what is black color flavor. If you have chance to visit Paradise Dynasty Restaurant at Plaza Senayan, Jakarta, you could know what flavors they are.
During my trip to Banten, I stopped at local restaurant. I bought this “Sate Bandeng” or milkfish satay which is a local special food from Banten. The restaurant place is at Serang City, Banten. The taste is nice.
This is picture of “Ikan Nila Goreng Cabe Hijau” or deep fried tilapia fish with green chili. The restaurant name is Ikan Nila Goreng at Tebet, Jakarta. I think they put more chili than fish. The taste is really delicious. I like to eat it again. Do you dare to eat? 🙂
Camping without grilled corn is like food without salt. Maybe I am exaggerating. 🙂 But trust me, this grilled corn is delicious especially to spend our night in front of camp fire. Put chili sauce on it. Yumm…
