This week topic is Weekly Photo Challenge: Future Tense. I took this photo in one of restaurant in Pontianak city. Quite different with other restaurant that have only one calendar, they have so many calendars. Those calendar contain their own message. Some calendars are company wishes for 2013. Other calendars are wishes from politician and their party. Very unique view.

Imprinting a view to the future? As a matter of interest where is Pontianak city?
Politicians put their pictures and blessing words on the calendar hoping people to choose them become a future government in the future election. Smooth way to do a political campaign.
Pontianak City is a capital city of West Borneo Province in Indonesia. This city is famous with its equator monument.

Sama spt di Jogya mas, banyak rumah makan yg dindingnya dipenuhi dengan kalender dari beragam perusahaan… 😆

What a strange idea!
Very unique isn’t it. Those calendars were given free from companies and political party. Some people said that the more calendar they got, the more popular the restaurant.
