I spent my lunch at Lau’s Kopitiam Pasar Festifal Jakarta. This is crispy fried beef with rice. Quite nice for lunch menu.

That is plain beef stock soup. I think I can make it using instant beef stock. But I don’t think they are using instant beef stock.
