Sure, dear! Satay is a favorite BBQ style in here. For seafood satay like shrimp or fish satay, usually it marinated with tamarind and salt on them before grilled. Additional spreadable margarine when grilling will make it more tasty.. Can’t tell right or wrong because I’ve never tried peanut butter on satay. However, I usually make three kinds of satay gravy; Sweet soy sauce with red onion and chili, grind peanut, or chili with tomato and vinegar. I don’t know if you like cook?
I don’t know if I love to cook, but I do cook, mainly from my mother’s recipes. Mom used to have a catering business when we were still living in the Philippines, so she’s got a lot of recipes that are delicious. But we love satay, ( pork bbq with that peanut gravy, which I think is Indonesian ) There’s no fresh tamarind here in the US, but there’s powdered tamarind sold in small packets… we use that for sour soups that filipinos love to cook. Oh, we use peanut butter, instead of ground peanut… in the recipe it’s ground peanut, but Mom uses peanut butter for convenience.
Hati-hati kadar kolesterol dari udang tinggi loh! kalau makan sendiri bisa sakit perut :D.
Karena pakai nanas jadi ga tinggi kolesterol. Pembenaran diri hehehe.. Iya nih efek sampingnya udang itu lho bikin perut kenyang, lidah bergoyang, dan pengen nambah terus hehe
Yeaaaahhhh itu mah gak usah ditanya mas.. pakek sambel super pedes gitu yah.. hahaha..
Aku gak ada alergi, tapi aku gak doyan udang, ikan, kepiting, cumi, semua yg berasal dari air gak doyan 😀
Ternyata bisa makan pedes toh. Jadi pengen ngerujak malam-malam jadinya. Kangkung juga donk ya ga doyan? Ini nih yang bisa bikin sapi dan ayam cepat punah. hehe

bukan.. ada di daerah kawasan industri cibitung bekasi gitu, ada sop yang tenar abes (kalah nikita mirzani), namanya Sop Jando. Rasanya Puweeeedeeessss bgt 🙂

Kayanya pernah mampir waktu ke meeting ke pabrik. Di tenda gitu kayanya ya? Salah kayanya. Weekend cari deh ah.. Bikin ga bisa tidur nih Sop Jando 🙂
