This shot was using side top light. It gives shadows on several areas on the face. I think this kind of light gives a mysterious impression.

This photo shoot was using butterfly lightning effect. Some people call it hollywood effect because this lightning effect is common use in Hollywood Studio. I put soft box in front of the model. Then I tried Finger Kiss pose which is common in some men’s magazines.

Reach Ear

This time I tried reach ear pose. She does not want to follow my request at first. In Indonesia, reach ear is the common practice to say that children is ready to go to school. Maybe she did not ready to go to school yet.

Back light using blue gel and front light

I took this picture using back light and front light. This time I used blue gel on my back light which is using Canon Speedlite 580EX II Flash for Canon EOS Digital SLR Cameras.  For the front light I used Tronic extreme standard reflector. I like this blue background. I was using my Canon EOS 40D and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM Standard Zoom Lens.

I started to shot my wine collection using my homemade table top. I build my table top using PVC Pipe and Transparent Acrylic. I used back light in this picture. I was using my Canon EOS 40D and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM Standard Zoom Lens.
