Several times, I got roasted duck from Teo Chew Palace for my dinner. This is the best meal which always make me forget to take picture before I eat. This time, I successfully to take a picture before it finished. Voila!

I forgot to attached other beef marinated. I used wine to marinate beef. It smells good when I grilled it. After finished, beef steak become quite dry. This steak need mushroom sauce or black pepper sauce.
BBQ at home is always amazing. I love to try any marinate sauces on steak. This time I used black pepper and sweet soya sauce with a little bit water. As a result, the steak become juicy and tasty. Love it.
