Daeng Tata Restaurant Jakarta

I was having dinner at Daeng Tata Restaurant Jakarta. This restaurant have a delicious South Sulawesi Food. Their special menu is Tata Ribs or grilled beef ribs. For around USD 3.5, you will have one huge grilled ribs. Very delicious. Again, I just have chance to take picture of their menu before food come. This restaurant sponsored by Flexi which is one of the biggest CDMA telecommunication operator in Indonesia. I don’t know what is the relation between telecommunication company and restaurant. I guess they mostly have lunch meeting in this restaurant therefore they sponsored this restaurant.

Hand Inside Laptop

There is no Photoshop involved in this photo. This is purely trick photography. I need 2 shots. In the first shot, I took photograph of my hand on my laptop. Then I make it become laptop’s wallpaper. Then I put windows on my hand’s picture. In the second shot, I took my laptop’s monitor. You can crop to make it perfect. Β Don’t you like to try? πŸ™‚

This is the interesting part in the Javanese Baby Shower. Choosing and Cutting Coconut. There were two coconuts with stickers father have to choose with closed eye. Kamajaya will represent male baby and Dewi Kusumoratih will represent female baby. After that father will cut the coconut with one blow. If splashed coconut water will represent male baby and drip coconut water will represent female baby.

Blessing Words

I hang this Blessing Words on my wall. It said in Indonesian “berkatilah rumah ini ya Tuhan Lindungilah siang dan malam”. In English it means “bless this house, o Lord, protect it day and night”. Do you have similar blessing words in your house?
