Leeuwin Estate Art Series Shiraz 2002 by Leeuwin Estate Western Australia.
This wine label is interesting and very Australian. They use Australia aboriginal picture in the label. It looks like an owl and a duck. Unfortunately when I read on the back label, that is not a duck. 🙂 I has not tried this wine yet. However I like to put it on my wine rack collection.

Kingfisher Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 by Wombat Creek Australia.
The bird picture is standing out on the label. At the first time, I don’t know why they put this bird picture on the label. Afterwards, I found that Kingfisher bird is an unique bird from Australia. I used this wine once for marinating my beef steak. So nice.

Wolf Blass Gold Label Pinot Noir 2005 by Adelaide Hills Australia.
Wolf Blass is an Australian winery based in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. When winemaker Wolfgang Blass started producing his style of red and white wines he claimed they would “make strong women weak and weak men strong”, Other contentions by Blass include that “parasitic and idiotic funding systems for overseas promotion mean that overproduced wine from Australian irrigated fruit will hit rock bottom, facing competition from South Africa”, and “Barossa should focus on what it does best: full-bodied Shiraz”. He has also stated that “No table wine over 15% [alcohol by volume] should ever get any medal, anywhere in the world, ever.”
The gold color on the label is standing out. The brand and the logo are strong. However the use of black color on the text reduced the elegant effect on the label. Also, the red color makes the text hard to read.
I have not tasted this wine yet. However I like to put it on my wine rack collection.

Wombat Creek Shiraz 2007 by Wombat Creek Australia.
This is another wine by Wombat Creek Australia. This wine label is so Australia since Wombat is one of Australia’s unique animal. The picture of Wombat is so standing out. We can feel the Australia Aboriginal style in the picture. I think this wine is good for souvenir. I has not tasted this wine yet. However I like to put it on my wine rack collection.

Wombat Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 by Wombat Creek Australia.
Another wine by Wombat Creek Australia. There are no different label between Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz except the text. I think they should put at least different color. I has not tasted this wine yet. However I like to put it on my wine rack collection.
