You take refugee in a dark alley. There are dozens of undead wandering the streets, and more every minute, it’s not safe here. From nearby you hear a woman’s muffled screams coming from inside a parked car surrounded by several walkers. They don’t see you but withing minutes they will get to her if you do nothing. You try and distract them.

Your distraction worked, the zombs are chasing you now, the woman escapes and runs away. Screaming, the woman runs the other direction, and you have about 7 droolers closing in on you.

She dissapears into the dark, the noise of running and screams have attracted a lot of attention. 7 or 8 more undead appear, out of the dark, the other 7 are closing in from behind.

FIGHT THEM!!

The streets are dark and jammed with abandoned cars and the remains of the dead and dying, you hear occasional screams in the distance. You can hear a helicopter approaching, it is flying low and slow, with a search light. It is a military helicopter, it is fling low in a search pattern and is headed your way. The gunner is shooting the undead on sight, several fall near you, but the noise brings more as the chopper flies away.

What should you do?

You are outside, there are corpses everywhere, figures stumbling around in the dark, cars burning – it is not safe here. Your best friend Dave lives right next door. He owns a pistol and you will need some help.

You have joined up with Dave and he has given you his pistol, it would take too long to barricade all of the windows in this house. Dave asks you what to do, but is convinced that staying here is a bad idea. You have gathered all the useful items here, suddenly an arm breaks through the front window, 3 or 4 rooters are breaking down the door. They will get through the door and be inside the house within minutes. What to do?

I want to learn on how to create text story game. Story is about zombie survival. Each end of post, I will give several options. At the end, there are several ending based on your choice. The story is excerpted from ZDAY Survival Simulator on Ipad or Android. I won’t provide full story. Also, no music. If you want full experience, you can buy ZDAY Survival Simulator 🙂 Let us begin.

…. There has been a global outbreak of the “Zombie” virus. You are at home in a densely populated suburb. You know you need to survive. You are inside your home, there are lots of windows and doors that would be easily broken in the event of a horde. They will come for you soon, will you stay here and fight the horde or try to get to safer ground?

You decide to get to safer ground. You are preparing to leave. You have to prepare your self with survival stuffs. There is every chance you may never return to this house. You choose to wear running shoes. You find a bat in your house. It takes two hands to swing a bat properly. You take a bat as your weapon. You only have two hands. So you decide to use your backpack to carry more things. A backpack is a good choice, allowing you to carry supplies and keep your hands free. It will also provide extra protection from rear attack. You take a minute to gather items like a flashlight, duct tape, and a first aid kit.

It takes only minutes for you to gather the items, but you hear sounds coming from back door. Someone is trying to break in at your back door. What would you do??
