Pio Cesare Barolo Ornato 2001 by Pio Cesare – Alba – Italia.
The Pio Cesare winery was founded in 1881 by our great-grandfather Cesare Pio. He was one of the very first wine producers to believe in the great potential and quality of Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and in the other great wines of Piemonte. Cesare Pio in the second portion of 1800s, was among the very first winemakers to produce these wines with a philosophy that was dedicated to the terroir and the strictest quality of the wine. For five generations, the Pio Cesare family has been producing traditional Piemontese wines in its ancient cellars, located in the centre of the town of Alba.
The circle logo in the label is interesting. It has a stopping power for customer to buy. I like the label design. I like to put it on my wine rack collection.

50 & 50 Avignonesi Capannelle 2001 by Vino da Tavola di Toscana Italia.
The winery is named after the Avignonesi family, the founders of the original estate. Constant research and development aimed at expressing the true character of the Montepulciano terroir has, over time, earned the winery a well-deserved place among the flagship producers of Tuscany. In 2009, Avignonesi was acquired by Virginie Saverys who has since introduced organic farming methods to craft distinct, genuine wines with an even stronger character.
Tuscany is one of Italy’s most cherished regions and with its wealth of local produce, Montepulciano is a jewel in the Tuscan crown. The Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile grape lends its fullness and body to Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, a wine which, like Avignonesi itself, is strongly rooted in the terroir of Montepulciano.
This is a red wine. The label on the bottle is simple but the brand 50 & 50 is standing out. Grapes composition are 50% Merlot (Avignonesi), 50% Sangiovese (Capannelle). I haven’t tasted this wine. However I like to put it on my wine rack collection.

Vino Fontana Red Wine Medium Sweet by Vino de Mesa Spain.
The history of Bodegas Williams & Humbert goes back nearly 130 years. They participated in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Brandy Quality Demarcation and are now considered to be one of the world’s most prestigious wine producers. The winery was founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams, a great admirer and connoisseur of sherry products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations.
Williams & HumbertSince then they have preserved part of the original wines and brandies (soleras) in high quality oak casks. These soleras are the base of the development and ageing of every sherry and brandy produced at Bodegas Williams & Humbert.
I could not find production year information in the label. I like the red color on the label. It is so eye catching.
