I promised Yinyin to show how people serve stir fry fern. Not many people know that we can eat fern. I have two different stir fry fern for dinner. The first is stir fry fern with chili. The other one is stir fry fern with onion and shrimp. I don’t know the exact ingredients. But I can tell that fern is one of my favorite food. Delicious.

Oh, wow ! I didn’t know we could eat fern ! O_O
Fern is delicious. In restaurant, fern is even more expensive than spinach and water spinach. Maybe because it is hard to find fern supplier now. Not many people want to grow fern.

I Belgium, you can’t eat fern. it is a protected plant! But the dishes look tasty to me! Now, I am curious how it tastes like!
Why is that? In Indonesia, fern grows like a grass. In some yard we can take it for free. Yes, you should try it. But make sure you don’t get caught in Belgium. 🙂
