I was going to Bluegrass bar and grill restaurant at Epicentrum Kuningan Jakarta. They have an eye catching choco molten lava cake. Choco melt inside the cake is quite liquid but it taste delicious. I bake that ! ! ! Uhm, they’re’ actually sold in a box, and I bake it, hahaha… but it tastes good. Betty Crocker is good,,, easy and delicious…. no need to labor in the kitchen for something one can do in a jiffy..
I saw one edition in Master Chef USA about choco molten lava cake. It is not that easy to bake. Over bake will make it become brownies. Less bake will make it become chocolate soup. Well, you make it. Brilliant.

Itu sensasi begitu liat coklatnya meleleh dari dalam cake rasanya gimana gitu…. trus coklatnya kan cair jadi begitu satu sendok coklat masuk ke lidah langsung bergoyang rasanya…. 😀
