This is basic panning. There are four steps to do panning which are Follow, Start, Finish, Release. Firstly, we follow the object. Secondly, we start to press our shutter button. Then the shutter will finish to capture the object. Lastly, we release our camera from following the object.

I shot this leaf from the bottom. I interested to see this leaf skull repetition. The pattern was perfectly consistent. I was using my Canon EOS 40D and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM Standard Zoom Lens

This shot was using evaluative metering. There were two continuous lights which are back light and side light. In order to use evaluative metering, I have to do light metering using my camera closely to the object. I was using my Canon EOS 40D and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM Standard Zoom Lens
