This is water droplet photo. I took it without flash. I utilize sun available light. Set the camera shutter speed high and the ISO high, then water droplet will freeze.

This is picture of water droplet using Speedlite 580 EXII and blue gel. This time I use different timing to catch both water droplet and its spark. The pattern is quite interesting and different than previous attempt.

This is water droplet photo. This time I used Canon Speedlite 580EX II Flash for Canon EOS Digital SLR Cameras and blue gel. Since I used flash, I can use ISO 100 to minimize grain noise on the picture. Looking at the result, I think I prefer to use flash and blue gel for water droplet photo. In this photo, I put my camera level higher than the water. Next shoot, I will try to put my camera on the same level with the water.
